questions.
Is this an actual photo with Santa?+
It's an AI-generated portrait based on the photo you upload, with Santa added in a Christmas setting. The Classic Santa Chair and Snowy North Pole have a photographic style; Aussie Christmas is a playful cartoon. You don't need to visit a real Santa, and results will vary.
Will everyone still look like themselves?+
We ask the AI to preserve faces and people from your original photo, but likeness and details are not guaranteed. Clear, front-facing photos tend to work best.
What do I receive for $4.99?+
Three digital Santa portraits — Classic Santa Chair, Snowy North Pole and Aussie Christmas cartoon — generated from one upload. Download all three as a ZIP or save and share individually. No physical prints or subscriptions.
Can I upload a photo of my children?+
Yes, provided you are their parent or guardian, or have the appropriate permission. Please don't upload anyone else's photo without their consent.
What happens to my original photo?+
Your original photo is removed after the full bundle is created. Downloads expire 24 hours after your order starts; stored images are removed on the next hourly cleanup. If deletion is temporarily unavailable, cleanup retries. Limited accounting records are retained separately without your photos.
